Please book a plan before your stay and please note that you can only set up hammock tents in our bamboo forest. You can rent also hammock tents and other items. (Booking site is only available in Japanese, please email us.)

■About Hammock Camping Plans
CAMPING
Adults：¥4,400/person
Children(4-12)：¥2,200/person
*Children(3 and under) can stay free of charge.
*This plan includes an admission ticket to a nearby hot spring (天然温泉・露天風呂 湯処あぐり).

Check-out 8:00 - 10：00
DAY-USE｜10:30 - 17:00

■Reservation Policy
Online Reservation
You can make a reservation up to 2 days before your arrival date.
*Reservation 1 day before the arrival date is only available via phone call.
*Reservation becomes available 3 months in prior to your arrival date.
Change
You can make changes online to your plan up to 2 days before your arrival date.
*Making changes 1 day before your arrival date is only available via phone call.
Online Cancellation/Change
You can cancel your plan up to 2 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation Fee
Up to 2 days before your arrival date：0%
1 day before your arrival date or the arrival date：100%
*Cancellation 1 day before your arrival date can only be requested by phone.
*The same cancellation policy will be applied when making changes to your plan 1 day before or on the day of your arrival and you will be asked to pay necessary fees accordingly.
*Reservation, Change, and Cancellation are available until 17:00 on the date written above.
*In the event of severe weather, we may cancel reservations without customer’s agreement. (No cancellation fee will be charged.)
*Cancellation due to bad weather will be subjected to the cancellation fee, however, following cases are exempt from cancellation fee.
• When Japan Meteorological Agency issues announcement in which Tropical Storm/Sever Tropical Storm/Typhoon is approaching the region where Wakayama Farm is located.
• When Japan Meteorological Agency issues Warning/Emergency Warning in the region.
▼About cancellation fee charge and refund▼
• If you chose payment on arrival at the reception when making a reservation, we will send you invoice by email or post.
• If you chose online payment when making a reservation, we will correct a cancellation fee by online payment.
• Both Cancellation fee charge and refund are done by bank transfer.
