Marufuku Farm
Tomatoes

This farm raises rare Jersey cows through free-range grazing. Their milk is rich in nutrients, and thanks to low-temperature pasteurization, it retains more of its original flavor—closer to that of freshly squeezed raw milk.

Committed to using high-quality domestically grown soybeans, natural nigari (coagulant), and no defoaming agents, Daizu no Yakata continues to craft delicious tofu with care, one block at a time. They use select soybeans from Tochigi and across Japan, along with the pure underground water from the Kinugawa River system.

Marufuku Farm grows tomatoes near the Ōashi River, known as the clearest stream in the Kanto region. Their rich, carefully nurtured soil supports cultivation periods of up to ten months. By focusing on healthy soil, they tailor their growing methods to bring out the unique character of each tomato. Their colorful mini tomatoes are not only charming in appearance but also offer a variety of flavors depending on the color.

Beni Farm
Strawberries

Matsumoto Farm
Niisato Green Onions

Kinushima Gravel
Tomatoes & Cucumbers

Beni Farm began farming in Utsunomiya in 2022. They grow Tochiaika, Tochiotome, and Yotsuboshi strawberries using elevated cultivation in three greenhouses. The strawberries are harvested at full ripeness, ensuring high quality and exceptional flavor.

Located near Mt. Kogashi in a nature-rich area, Matsumoto Farm is a historic farm with roots dating back to the Edo period. Their specialty, Niisato Green Onions, is a branded vegetable known for its sweetness and tenderness—enhanced through traditional techniques such as replanting and fungaeshi, a method of intentionally bending the onions. Even the green tops are mild and flavorful enough to be enjoyed raw.

Located in a region nourished by the pure, abundant waters of the Kinugawa River, Kinushima Gravel grows carefully selected vegetables—especially tomatoes—through continuous experimentation and care. Their cultivation philosophy focuses on bringing out the natural strengths of each variety, helping the plants grow in the way they were meant to.
